At DC, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return & exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team is always here to assist you with a smooth, simple return process, ensuring your shopping experience remains effortless and comfortable.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return & exchange if:

  • Worn or Washed: Items have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
  • Missing Hangtag: The original hangtag is missing.
  • Altered Items: Items have been altered or customized.
  • Oduors: Items have strong Oduors such as perfume, smoke, or body odour.
  • Incomplete Returns: Items are returned or exchanged without all original packaging, accessories, or gifts included in the purchase.
  • Past Return Period: Items are returned & exchanged outside the specified return period.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Incorrect Items: Items do not match the original purchase order.
  • Excessive Wear and Tear: Items show excessive wear and tear beyond normal use.
  • Incomplete Documentation: Returns & exchange without a completed return form or without a valid receipt/proof of purchase.
  • Misuse of Product: Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
  • Recommendations:
    • Always check your garment for any stains or production faults before removing the hangtag. Once the hangtag is removed, no claims can be made.

Please note that items returned & exchanged without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return & exchange request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring you're satisfied with your purchase.

Additional Information on Returns & Exchanges;

  • Return Period: You have 7 calendar days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned clean, unworn, and in their original condition, including labels and packaging.
  • Proof of Shipment: Please keep your shipment's track and trace code as proof, as we require it for any investigation into missing returns.

Shipping Information

Order Processing

We do our best to process and ship orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that shipping times may extend beyond our standard processing window following a new collection launch or during sale periods due to the increased volume of orders. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible.

International Shipping and Customs

Orders delivered to international destinations will be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that import duties and taxes will be calculated at the checkout and paid upfront. As a result, you won’t face any additional costs upon arrival in your country. The full breakdown of costs will be visible at the checkout, ensuring transparency and convenience.

You, as the importer of record, must still comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the receiving country. While we strive to provide accurate delivery times, delays due to customs clearance processes are still possible. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more information if needed.

Address Changes & Tracking

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed as we promptly initiate the processing and transfer the order to the carrier. You will receive an email with the Track & Trace code, which allows you to track your package. Please note, tracking information may not be available until the next working day after the carrier has processed your order.

Non-Delivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered as expected, please use the Track & Trace code to check its status. If there are issues with the delivery, or if it's marked as delivered but not received, please get in touch with us for assistance

Free exchange for Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive an item by mistake, you can exchange it with us free of charge.
